Here's an interesting video, from a 2007 Ted conference. Eames Demetrios talks about the Eames creative process and shows a lot of rarely seen clips from their archives. It's a little long (about 15 minutes) and he kind of speeds through it- but fun and inspiring to see the clips nonetheless. (via Core77)

Wise words, especially for designers of all sorts. Without creativity, designs cannot happen. On the other hand, by finding the process of stimulating the creativity, all great works are suddenly possible.
