For all you folks in So Cal, this weekend is the 3rd Annual Domino Bazaar! It's being held in Culver City (at HD Buttercup), open to the public, starting tomorrow, Friday Oct. 17, through Sunday Oct. 19th, 2008. There's going to be more than 20,000 square feet of furnishings and accessories and fun stuff- as well as consultations, classes, and more. Also, the new book by Domino, "Domino, the book of decorating" will be available, so you can get a first hand look at it- (my Happy Mundane review of the book coming soon!). Tickets are $20, but it also includes a one year subscription to Domino, and $5 from each ticket benefits ACRIA, the AIDS Community Research Initiative of America. Click here for all the info and to purchase tickets.

I love the look, but am wondering if I couldn't just use some gold spray paint? Check out how they did it here. Slideshow here. (
